TAY HAM is an independent greeting card company based in Wilmington, North Carolina. TAY HAM is founded by Taylor Hamilton, a native New Yorker with a thirst for drawing and layered wordplay. A dart on the map landed her in Wilmington, NC at the age of 18. In 2013, after dipping her toes in many corners of the art world, Tay Ham was born.

We are able offer many shipping options thanks to our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will be able to pack the goods according to the exact and precise specifications. Your items will undergo an extensive inspection and will be securely secured prior to being delivered. Every day we ship thousands of packages to clients from all over the world. Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing period according to the item.

We will inspect each and every one of the items before sending. Currently, most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3 and 7 working days.

Returns

Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us since we have multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. Stocks are subject to change at any time. It's possible that the inventory could run out once the order has been made.

Our policy lasts 30 days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days since the purchase.

In order to be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same state as you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
